A robin was spotted in the Arnie and Kathy Peterson yard today.

A great turnout at the Bullhead/Fish Fry last night at the Squaw Lake Community Center. We appreciate everyone coming out for it. It was nice to see such a large crowd of people supporting the Community Center. A big thank you to the SLFD Auxiliary who helped with the whole meal. We served over 200 people. Thank you to all who so patiently waited for fish when one of the fryers quit working. This is a work in progress for all of us. Hopefully, in another year we will have things organized to avoid any problems so that when you come there will be plenty of fish so you don't have to wait. We hope you enjoyed your evening.

Tuesday, April 7, at 5:30p is the Economic Development Meeting at the Community Center. There will be a representative from the Grand Rapids Chamber of Commerce there to explain the benefits of joining the chamber.

The wind today sure had a cold bite to it. I thought the sun was really nice but then when I went out without a jacket I found out that it was quite cold.

Hope you have a great day tomorrow.

Julie
