Does anyone know what the glass thing is the middle of the picture is? Sorry for all the other stuff in the picture wasn't sure how to get rid of it. Hope you are having a good evening.

This glass looks like it might be hand blown. It is open on both ends and has a screen in each end. The metal on the bottom screws off.
