Upcoming things for June

June 6- Memorial service for Jerry Bohlman at Centennial Lutheran Church. Lunch to follow in church basement.

June 13 - Memorial service for Vienna Wistey Dexter at Centennial Lutheran Church at 11am. Lunch to follow at the Community Center.

June 8 - Squaw Lake City Council Meeting at Community Center

June 9 - Nurse will be at the Community Center to trim toe nails etc. Make appointments by calling Deer River Healthcare.

June 10 - Economic Development meeting at the Community Center at 7 pm. Everyone welcome.

A new business is coming to town. It is sponsored by Eagleview Community Foundation. It is called the First Week Boutique and will be a consignment shop. More info to follow when I hear all the details.

Don't forget to visit the Mini Max Flea Market. Evy has lots of new items in there.

I've seen some cute new items at the Max Mini Store. Isn't it great to have such a nice store so close to home.

Not sure what else is going on around the area but if you have something you'd like to have on the blog just drop me a line at jhemphil@paulbunyan.net and I will get it on the blog.

I guess I will have to make a point of going to the businesses in Squaw Lake to see the posters so I can put on what is going on around here as no one seems to let me know. I've been too busy lately to go and read the posters.
